AI Assessment
The assessment is a review of how your business actually runs: systems, workflows, where work gets stuck, where it gets done twice. You get a written summary of the highest-value opportunities we can see, what each would cost to implement, and what the payback looks like on your numbers. It is the document every engagement with us starts from.
What do you actually get?
You get a written assessment, not a sales pitch. It sets out the highest-value automation and AI opportunities in your business, what each would cost to implement, and what the payback period looks like. It also says what we would leave alone, and why. It is yours to keep, and it is specific enough that you could hand it to another provider and act on it.
The assessment is quoted before it starts, priced against the scope of your business. There is no charge for the conversation that scopes it.
What happens if you decide to go ahead?
If the assessment finds work worth doing and you want us to build it, we quote the build as a fixed price, based on the opportunities the assessment identified; how quoting works is on the pricing page. If you decide not to build, or to build with someone else, the assessment is still yours and still useful.
Who is it for?
Australian small and medium businesses. The scope of the assessment varies with the size and complexity of the operation: how many systems are involved, how many processes need mapping, and how many people touch them. You do not need in-house IT, and most of the businesses we assess have never used AI before. We are based in Perth, Western Australia and work with clients across WA and the rest of Australia, delivered remotely with on-site sessions available in the Perth metro area.
